We want you to get the care you deserve.

A modern, casual approach to therapy

It’s essential for us that our clients get the best care possible. Rather than do things the “tell me how you feel about that” type of way, we’ve created a system designed around our clients’ needs.

Different therapeutic approaches based on your needs

Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT)

EFT helps individuals and couples build stronger emotional connections and improve communication. By exploring and transforming core emotional responses, EFT fosters deeper understanding and intimacy, enabling you to create lasting, meaningful relationship.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT encourages you to accept and embrace your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We focus on identifying your core values and setting goals aligned with those values, helping you to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life while effectively managing challenges.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps you identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. By focusing on the link between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, CBT empowers you to develop healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies. This evidence-based therapy is effective for treating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a therapeutic approach designed to help you manage intense emotions and improve relationships by balancing acceptance and change. It combines techniques like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to enhance coping skills. DBT is used to treat various issues, including mood disorders, self-harm, and addiction.

A little bit about Hailey

Welcome all to Olive Tree Wellness! When thinking about running my own therapy practice, I always had the question in mind, “What kind of therapist would I want?” To be completely honest, the idea of sitting there talking about my feelings with someone who is straight faced the entire time asking me “how I felt about that” wasn’t necessarily something I would say I worked for all these years in school. I strive to be my most authentic self in all sessions which in turn hopefully allows you to feel safe, secure, and able to really tune into who you are as a person as well. I want all my clients to be the best versions of themself and I believe with a little humor, a lot of listening, and a great deal of support, I can be there for you every step of the way.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and my Master’s in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. When I’m not at the office, I love to hang out with my sweet miniature Dachshund named Flop, trying out new coffee shops, or relaxing by the beach.

Should you know what your therapist likes to do for fun? OF COURSE YOU SHOULD! I believe part of the therapeutic experience should involve not feeling like you’re talking to a complete stranger about the deepest, most personal parts of your life.

I am looking forward to working with you and can’t wait to join you on your journey.

Our services

Individual therapy

Individual sessions are designed to help you address personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and self-esteem issues. I work collaboratively with you to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and improved mental health.

Couple’s Counseling

Couple’s sessions are for partners in a relationship seeking to improve their connection and resolve conflicts. Whether the couple is dealing with communication issues, intimacy concerns, infidelity, or other relationship challenges, couples counseling provides a space for both partners to express their feelings, work through differences, and build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Child & Adolescent Counseling

Children and teenagers have unique needs. Child and Adolescent therapy addresses issues like behavioral problems, academic stress, peer pressure, family changes, and emotional difficulties. I use age-appropriate techniques to help young clients express themselves, develop coping skills, and build resilience.

Family Sessions

Life Coaching

Family counseling is aimed at helping families navigate complex dynamics and improve relationships among family members. This service addresses issues such as parenting challenges, sibling rivalry, communication problems, and major life transitions. The goal is to enhance family harmony, promote understanding, and create a supportive family environment.

Life coaching is a professional relationship that focuses on personal development, goal-setting, and problem-solving to help you achieve specific objectives in various aspects of your life, such as career, relationships, health, or personal growth. Unlike therapy, which often delves into emotional healing and past trauma, life coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented.
